NO. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. We are unable to refund original shipping and handling charges. BIOLOGIC, DELTA AG, AND DAY 6 OUTDOORS PRODUCTS such as food plot seed, accessories, feeders, fertilizer, sprayers, and atv implements CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. There are no refunds on training classes. Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires defective or damaged items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair at customer expense. What happens if an item is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. When the item is restocked, we will ship it out. If you do not want to wait we will cancel your order and refund your money. How do I purchase an individual firearms training class from Red Cypress Outfitters? Call us at (877)815-5616 or email training@redcypressoutfitters.com to inquire about availability and make a reservation. After you have scheduled your training class, you may pay cash for training. Please contact us prior to purchasing your class. Do you offer group firearm training classes? Our training classes are primarily conducted on an individual basis to provide our students with a positive learning experience. If you have a group that is interested in a firearms training class, you must have unrestricted acccess to a shooting range. Call for group rate information and scheduling. The NRA Home Firearms Safety Class is available for groups by prior appointment. This is a firearms safety class and does not involve discharge of firearms. It is ideal for schools, religious, sporting, and civic organizations who desire a basic firearms safety class for their members. Call for group rates and availability of this class.
